Maintenance Engineer Training Program
Maintenance Engineer Training Program for the Electro Vehicle Mechanics for the City of Calgary Light Rail Train system. This blended training program uses a Computer Based Training environment as well as a structured on-the-job training curriculum. NetEncore provided the architecture and data processing system in conjunction with Xpan who provided the student graphical user interface.

Technology
VB.Net and ASP.Net provide the data processing and administration interface whilst FLASH provides an animated student interface utilizing web services to communicate with the controlling ASP.Net system. The system has a multi tiered architecture and embraces SCORM e-learning methodology.
