Training and Support
Typically, website authors and editors using our CMS require surprisingly little training and are able to fully maintain their new website within a matter of hours. Also, as part of the website rollout and training of the key users, we provide an administrator’s manual for website authors which detail the website content editing functionality. In addition we provide a detailed design style guide to maintain the website design integrity once the site is launched. Once implemented, we are more than happy to enter into a long term website support and maintenance contract with the client.
Hosting
NetEncore provides appropriate hosting for your site now and for the future. The scale of hosting platform depends on the website requirements but typically we deploy virtual dedicated server instances which provide secure, reliable and cost effective performance. However, many of our clients opt for dedicated in house platforms for ultimate control and security.
