NetEncore has developed its own Content Management System (CMS) which has proven to be very userfriendly, stable and adaptable for all our website projects. Our clients find it very easy to learn, use and retain once trained on this CMS. Adding new pages, editing existing pages and adding new sections is very seamless for our clients. We have a proven track record with the usability, stability and ongoing development of our CMS.

Our CMS is a form based system allowing administrators and editors to configure and amend the website online via a browser. Maintaining the content of a page control is made directly on the website by navigating to the required page and selecting the edit content option on the required control which in turn displays a content edit form.

The publishing of specific pages and/or content is dynamically controlled within the CMS and authority levels are fully customizable by website administrators. The level of authority is granular so at the lowest level an individual website editor can be granted authority to maintain only a single piece of content on a single page. Of course these authorizations can be grouped together, combined and allocated to multiple user groups, providing ultimate flexibility.

Where required, content version control can be configured for individual page controls and workflow processes established to validate content changes. This feature can also serve as content version backup and drafting facility.
